1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS"I" / "My" / "Me" refers to the artist, @miuwus.
"You" / "Your" refers to the client.1A. As the artist, I will maintain all rights to my work. Including: uploading the artwork to social media, streaming the process or recording the process of the artwork, and retaining the artwork to use in my portfolio and/or art books.1B. I am a digital artist, and you will be commissioning me for a digital good.1C. All of my work is for personal use. Without my agreement, you may NOT use my work for commercial or monetized projects.USAGE ⤵︎

You must credit me @miuwus with an accessible link, tag, or legible text any time the artwork is showcased.2. PAYMENT AND TRANSACTIONS2A. Commissions through Carrd are accepted through PayPal invoice only. Please be redirected to my VGen for any Credit/Debit card and Stripe payments.2B. All payments will be made within 48h upon my acceptance of the request. All regular requests must be paid 100% upfront. Any request above the threshold of 200 USD may make a split payment (50% upfront / 50% before delivery).3. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY3A. I do not offer refunds unless I am personally unable to complete your order OR the order has not started yet. I cannot refund the transaction fee.4. DEADLINES4A. You may set deadlines if you wish, but please be reasonable and patient. For priority/rush orders, there will be an additional fee. I will only take one rush order at a time.5. GENERAL INFORMATION5A. I will regularly communicate with the client with updates when I have them. I will wait for confirmation after each WIP or before the final delivery to proceed. Regular orders generally take 2-6 weeks.5B. Edits during the sketch phase are free. There will be three free revisions after, and for any more, there will be a fee. Please put everything you would like changed in a single message; it will count as one revision.Revisions after will be as follows:
Small (small prop change, object color change, slight pose or face adjustment) / 5 usd
Large (background swap, major lighting change, large pose adjustment) / 20 usd
MAXIMUM 5 PAID REVISIONS5C. Please have a full and colored character reference sheet at the ready. Design fees based on descriptions are 70 usd per character. Be as descriptive as possible.5D. For visual references, please note that I will not trace another artist's work or emulate their style 1:1. I will NOT trace over AI. Be aware that if you request outside of my specialization (2D static illustration) that the work may be experimental.✦ Do not modify my artwork or remove my watermarks. Do not trace or heavily reference my work.✦ Do not feed my work into AI generators or use it for NFT/Crypto.I have the right to refuse any commission.
